Licensed Nail Manicurist Madera, CA 🎀Policy🎀 • $20 non-refundable deposit is required to book an appointment •Remaining amount of service must be made in cash or through Apple Pay. •Must come in with bare fingernails (IF YOU BOOKED FOR A NEW FULL SET) •No remaining acrylic/polish/gel on nails. •Soak offs must be booked in advance. •I do not offer fills on others work. •No extra guests. 🌸Scheduling Policy🌸 •Cancellations / Rescheduling must be made 24 Hr in advance to avoid being charged a cancellation fee. •I have a 10 minute grace period. If you are not in my chair within that mark we will have to cancel your appointment and you’ll be charged for the remainder amount of your service. •In order to keep your same deposit when rescheduling an appointment, please reschedule 48 hrs prior your appointment date. •Your Deposit will be held for 1 month. Anything past the 1 month mark will require a new $20 deposit • ALL clients whom fail to cancel/reschedule 24-48hrs prior their appt will be charged cancellation fee. • DEPOSIT IS NON-REFUNDABLE ✨FAQ’S✨ Q: “Will I be charged before the service ?” A:You will ONLY be charged a $20 deposit upon booking your appointment, IF you are a NEW or IRREGULAR client. Cancellation Policy
I charge a 70% cancellation fee for any no-shows or cancellations within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment.
